How do I find my purpose in life?
The thing that you come here to do is actually not linked to what you think makes you money.
From the essay
We were born to be fearless, to pursue the greatest things that are available to us, to pursue what is most meaningful to us. Yet we all know there are a lot of hindrances and a lot of societal reasons, so to speak, that prevent us from unveiling the truth of our soul and who we are and what we've come to Earth to experience. What we've come here to experience is something phenomenal. We all have that within us. And it's up to us individually to determine what that is and to define it with unyielding precision.
Finding your life's purpose is probably the most serious task that you can take on for yourself. Yet ironically, if you're too serious about it, you might just miss what it is that's clearly in front of you. And the answer is simple. The thing that you come here to do is actually not linked to what you think makes you money. I repeat that: it's not what you think makes you money, but it's what you know you want to give freely to the world. And once you find yourself within that state where you're able to give freely, a lot of things will come to you also freely for you to receive. You give, and the more you give, the more the world will give to you. But if you reverse it and you just operate from giving yourself the best life, you don't even need to think about the money that you will make from doing what you do. It would just come naturally to you because you're good at your craft, whatever that may be. It has to be something that you're willing to do even if you're not getting paid for it. Ironically, the thing that you're willing to do that you're not getting paid for is the thing that will get you paid the most, because that is you doing something that is not contingent or conditional on any outcome.
