Some blockages clear faster when you talk them through with someone who has sat in the same place. I keep a small number of private conversations each week: an hour and a half, just you and me, on whatever is in the way of you feeling your own life.
soulsensis stays anonymous, so it’s voice or text only: a voice call, voice notes, or writing back and forth. No video, no face, no real names. You don’t have to give yours either.
