Chapter 2 · Behind lucid eyes

Born to be fearless

4 min readNarrated on YouTube

We were born to be fearless, to pursue the greatest things that are available to us, to pursue what is most meaningful to us. Yet we all know there are a lot of hindrances and a lot of societal reasons, so to speak, that prevent us from unveiling the truth of our soul and who we are and what we've come to Earth to experience. What we've come here to experience is something phenomenal. We all have that within us. And it's up to us individually to determine what that is and to define it with unyielding precision.

Finding your life's purpose is probably the most serious task that you can take on for yourself. Yet ironically, if you're too serious about it, you might just miss what it is that's clearly in front of you. And the answer is simple. The thing that you come here to do is actually not linked to what you think makes you money. I repeat that: it's not what you think makes you money, but it's what you know you want to give freely to the world. And once you find yourself within that state where you're able to give freely, a lot of things will come to you also freely for you to receive. You give, and the more you give, the more the world will give to you. But if you reverse it and you just operate from giving yourself the best life, you don't even need to think about the money that you will make from doing what you do. It would just come naturally to you because you're good at your craft, whatever that may be. It has to be something that you're willing to do even if you're not getting paid for it. Ironically, the thing that you're willing to do that you're not getting paid for is the thing that will get you paid the most, because that is you doing something that is not contingent or conditional on any outcome.

The problem with our world is we do everything with the promise of money, even if it means giving who we are for a service that we don't care about. Once the world actually starts realising the true service of each person, what they want to give to humanity, and they implement that on a daily basis, that will lead to a holistic change of society where people will no longer feel the need to take on jobs that are not suitable for them just for the purpose of making money. So in a way, as we enter a shift with massive issues with unemployment and also job replacements, right? With the rise of artificial intelligence, these aspects are actually leading humanity towards thinking about what they want to do outside of things that AI can do. If there's anything AI can do, it means that it's logical work. And logical work is usually the standard 9-to-5 work in an office. We're so used to doing that that we've forgotten the imaginative side.

And after all, we're all at different stages of life, yet we all essentially, as humanity, are going through the same stages of life together, but at different times in each other's lives. What I'm trying to say is, basically, every human experiences similar things in their life, right? We're all doing the same things, just at different stages. And it's the beauty of doing things at different stages that creates a diversity. You have very young people having families or very old people having families. That's the same experience, but given that it's occurred at different stages, that subjective experience is very different for everyone, and that's the beauty of it. But know that, objectively, your heartbreak or your loss or your grievances or your job loss or whatever things that you perceive as a loss to you have been experienced by an abundance of other souls on this earth who have also come here to explore who they are. And in order to explore who they are, they also encounter these obstacles. The ones who consider these events as merely stepping stones rather than obstacles are the ones who understand life deeply, that things happen as a result of conscious creation. And there's always a lesson in every single event that happens. You just have to find it. And the moment you stop trying to look for it doesn't mean that you don't accept it. You accept what has happened, but you look at the reasons as to why it's happened and what it could mean for you. So you hold this very robust stability internally against whatever life events that you create. You know that it's come to you because you can deal with it.

And more importantly, you're not alone in your endeavours. There are a lot of other souls in this world that you can connect with that also go through similar things. And the hard thing is people don't talk about it as much anymore. Everyone's keeping to themselves, not sure what's going to happen with the world. That sort of mentality and keeping things, you know, not too serious when catching up with people, keeping things surface level, not exploring the depths of humanity and their soul, which is why it's important that we have conversations like this. And it's also why I started this channel: to just really vent about philosophical issues that trouble humanity. And I'm trying to build a community of people that can openly talk about these topics.
